About The Grove Water Supply Corporation

 The The Grove Water Supply Corporation (WSC) is a member-owned, non-profit corporation incorporated pursuant to the Texas Water Code Chapter 67, Nonprofit Water Supply or Sewer Service Corporations and as supplemented by the Texas Non-Profit Corporation Act, Tex. Rev. Civ. Stat. Ann., Article 1396-1.01, et seq. (West 1980, Vernon Supp. 1996 as amended) for the purpose of furnishing potable water and or sewer utility service.  Corporation operating policies, rates, and regulations are adopted by the Board of Directors elected by the Members of the Corporation.
